Minas Coffee, Owns, Runs and Grows with the help of 26 employees.

Export & Import
When we source our lots, we pay a 10% premium which is invested back into the farms, in the form of infrastructure and wellbeing projects.

At Check Out
Closing our 10 & 10 principle, 10% of our gross sales revenue is split amongst our 26 employees each month.
